Flexart endeavors to recognize these at an early stage and reserves the right to remove such NFTs from the competitions concerned. Every individual entity is encouraged to use only one wallet to submit their submissions.

11. Extended Submission Rules

In the context of special events, the general set of rules can be extended to individual competitions at the request of the collection ceators. These rule extensions will be published accordingly.

Examples of competition-specific rule changes:

  • The competition is to take place under the observance of themes. Ex: The creator wants a competition of NFTs of the same trait within his collection.
  • 1/1s NFTs should not be allowed to participate due to competition distortion.

Deviating from the general concept, separate rules may apply. Flexart reserves the right to disqualify NFTs that have been submitted contrary to the extended conditions of participation. However, in the spirit of art, this measure should be applied very restrictively and as ultima ratio.
